- Home — the school dashboard: totals of students, girls/boys, day/boarding, per class; News and Updates from FAMNET; alerts.
- Go to system (left menu) — daily operations grouped as: Students, Results, Evaluation, Payments (O-Level / A-Level for secondary), Accounting, Staffs, SMS, Timetable, Human Resource, E-Learning, Events, Teaching (syllabus & coverage), System Contributors, Marks Completeness, Financial Summary.
- Go to Settings / Admin Settings — configuration only (school admin). Go to system in that menu brings you back.
Alerts on the dashboard
- Postponed payments — students whose payment was postponed to a date that has arrived (Payments › Postpone Payments).
- Installments alert / Priority alert — fee structure items not yet configured for this academic year.
- SMS balance / Buy SMS Now — your SMS credit is low.
- System fee warning — see system fee.
- Connect your phone / WhatsApp — link the school's WhatsApp for free messaging.
Every page has the ? Help / Msaada button at the bottom right which opens this Help Centre on the topic of that page.
