Secondary: Admin Settings › Students. Primary/College: Admin Settings › Class Settings.
- School Type — Secondary: O-Level and A-Level, O-Level only or A-Level only. Primary: Primary only or Nursery and Primary. This decides which menus (O-Level / A-Level / Nursery) appear.
- Type of Scholars — Day only, Boarding only, or Day and Boarding. Fee amounts are set per scholar type, so choose correctly.
- School Class Streams — add a stream name (A, B, C, East, West…) per class level and click Add. A class with one stream can use a single stream such as “A”.
- Primary/Nursery/College: Create class names (Standard I–VII, Baby Class, Pre-unit, Certificate/Diploma/Degree years) and Submit.
The Results For your settings preview at the bottom shows what is saved.
Streams must exist before students are registered — the registration form asks for the stream. Renaming a stream later does not move students; contact support if you must merge streams.
