Admin Settings › General Settings
- Upload School Logo — PNG/JPG, square works best (it prints top-left of reports and receipts).
- Edit School Information: Owner/Admin Name, School Name, School Reg Number, School Type, Address, Location, Country, School Mobile, Other Mobile Numbers, Email, Website, School Header (the title line printed on reports, e.g. “HOPE SECONDARY SCHOOL — P.O. Box 123, Dar es Salaam”) and School Motto.
- Click Submit.
The School Mobile is where FAMNET sends fee-payment notices, WhatsApp/SMS reports and OTPs. Keep it a number someone in the office actually reads.
