- Open schools.famnet.co.tz and click Register (or Login → Register your school).
- Fill the form: Full Name of Admin, School Name, School Type (Primary / Secondary / College), School Ownership (Government / Private), School Reg Number (your centre number, e.g. S1234 or PS0101234 — optional but recommended), School Email, School Mobile (tick “This number is on WhatsApp” to receive results, fee and notice messages free), address, location, country, website, a Login Header Message (shown on your login page, e.g. “Welcome to Hope Secondary School”) and a Password.
- Accept the Terms and click Register School.
- Log in with the School Reg Number (or the email if you did not give a reg number) and your password.
The message “It seems this school is already registered” means a school with that reg number or email exists. Use Login or Forgot password, or contact support to claim the account.
After registering, go straight to the setup checklist — results and reports only come out right when classes, subjects, grades and fees are configured.
