- FILE FORMAT ERROR — the submitted file is not supported: the file is not the downloaded template, was saved as CSV/ODS/Numbers, or the header row was changed. Download the template again, paste your data into it, save as .xlsx.
- UPLOAD DATA ERROR — Students with no scholar type: the Scholar Type column is empty (write Day or Boarding). Nothing is saved until all rows are valid.
- Rows rejected in a results upload: a registration number was edited, a row was added by hand, or a mark is not a number (use ABS for absent). Fix and re-upload the same month/term.
- Nothing happens after Upload: file too large or the wrong class/month selected. Choose the same class and month you downloaded.
Never merge cells, never leave empty rows in the middle, and keep only one sheet in the workbook.
