Admin Settings › Results Calculation
- Set result production method: Average (rank by mean mark — usual for primary, Form I–II, nursery) or Division (rank by NECTA-style points — usual for Form IV/VI).
- Assign subjects for calculation in Average: choose the class level and tick Include in Average for the subjects that count (leave out e.g. Religion if it should not affect the mean).
- Assign subjects for calculation in Division: same for the division/points calculation.
- Submit. The preview lists each subject with the class levels assigned for average and for division.
A subject not ticked here still appears on the report with its mark and grade; it simply does not enter the average/division and position.
