- School admin — on the login page click Forgot password, enter the school reg number/email; a recovery code goes to the school email/WhatsApp. If you no longer have access to that email or number, WhatsApp support on 0722 279 412 (or call 0753 464 603) with your school name and reg number.
- Staff — ask your school admin: Human Resource › Employee List › Password restore sets the password back to default; log in and change it.
- Parents — there is no password to reset: username is the registration number, password is the student's name as registered. Confirm both with the school office.
Forgotten password
School admin: use Forgot password on the login page. Staff: the admin resets it to “default”. Parents: the password is the student's name.
