Creating the timetable: periods and manual entry

First define the period frame (name, day, start and end time), then fill subjects and teachers per class, or let the automatic generator do it.

Timetable › Create Timetable

  1. Timetable general settings: maximum periods per day and per week.
  2. Periods: for each Period Name (Period 1, Break, Period 2…) choose the day, start time and end time → Save. Errors: “time already taken by another period” (overlap on that day) or “end time must be greater than start time”. The General preview table shows DAY / PERIOD / START / END.
  3. Fill the timetable: per class and period pick the subject and teacher (manual), or use Automatic Timetable.

Timetable › View Timetable prints the class timetables; Staff Timetables prints each teacher's personal timetable.
