Results › Publish Results → Term I / Term II → choose the class (and month or terminal) → Publish.
Effects:
- Subject teachers can no longer upload, edit or delete marks for that period.
- Parents see the results in the Parents area (after the system contribution, if applicable) and get the “Matokeo yapo tayari” notice.
- Result SMS / WhatsApp can be sent for that period.
- The Online Results Views report starts counting parent views.
Unpublish from the same page to reopen a period for corrections; publish again afterwards.
Strictly preview results (View Results) and check Marks Completeness before publishing.
