- Parents / Wazazi — each parent pays individually the first time they open results; tracked per student. Free for the school as long as at least 70% of students pay within 6 months of registration (the page shows Students Paid, Expected, Collected, months since registration and a risk status: Safe / Monitoring / At risk).
- School / Shule — the school pays for all students through Make Payment (term or annual). Parents then see results without paying.
Click Save Settings. Details of the amounts and the M-Pesa steps: The system fee and the parents' contribution. Encourage parents to pay by sending the Inform Parents SMS/WhatsApp that explains the portal.
