Lipa Ada/Pay Fees shows the academic year, class, and for each fee type the amount required, paid and the balance.
- Choose the fee type and the amount (part payment from TZS 1,000, or the whole balance).
- Choose the way to pay:
- Simu (USSD) — Airtel Money, Tigo/Yas or Halotel: enter the number, tap Lipa Sasa, then enter your PIN in the USSD prompt on the phone.
- Namba ya Malipo (control number) — tap Pata Namba ya Malipo. You get a number for that exact amount. Pay it as “kumbukumbu ya malipo” on M-Pesa (*150*00# → Lipa kwa M-Pesa), Airtel Money (*150*60# → ClickPesa), Mixx by Yas (*150*01# → company 889999), Halopesa (*150*88# → 889999) or CRDB (SimBanking *150*03#, app, internet banking, wakala or branch → CLICKPESA). Step-by-step instructions appear under the number. The number never expires; tap Nimeshalipa — angalia after paying.
- Benki / Kadi — (where the school has enabled it) opens a secure ClickPesa page for bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard.
- When the payment is confirmed you see the school receipt number, receive it by WhatsApp/SMS, and the balance updates. The school's accountant sees it at the same moment — no need to bring a slip.
Malipo yako ya mtandaoni lists your online payments with status and receipts; Payments/Malipo shows all payments including those entered by the school.
